Welcome to AXXIUMS INC (“AXXIUMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AXXIUMS website, digital platforms, online services, telehealth tools, communications, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, scheduling an appointment, clicking “I Agree,” or otherwise interacting with AXXIUMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ABOUT AXXIUMS

AXXIUMS is an elite functional psychiatry, sexual health, weight loss, and performance-focused medical group offering healthcare-related services through licensed professionals and affiliated providers, subject to state law and provider availability.

AXXIUMS currently serves patients in jurisdictions where its providers are licensed, including Maryland and Virginia, with expansion subject to regulatory approval.

2. NOT EMERGENCY CARE

AXXIUMS does not provide emergency services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, chest pain, trouble breathing, or any urgent condition:

Call 911
Go to the nearest emergency room
Call or text 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Do not rely on messages, email, or website communications for urgent care.

3. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP FROM WEBSITE USE ALONE

Use of this website alone does not establish:

a doctor-patient relationship
therapist-client relationship
prescription eligibility
diagnosis
treatment plan
medical advice

A clinical relationship begins only after appropriate intake, provider review, and acceptance by a licensed clinician.

4. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Services, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years old, or legally authorized to act for a minor where permitted by law
Information you provide is accurate and complete
You reside in a state where AXXIUMS services are legally available
You will use the Services only for lawful purposes

5. MEDICAL SERVICES & PROVIDER DISCRETION

All medical and mental health decisions are made solely by licensed clinicians using independent professional judgment.

Providers may determine that:

telehealth is not appropriate
further testing is required
in-person care is necessary
medication is not indicated
controlled substances are not appropriate
treatment should be modified or discontinued

No treatment, diagnosis, medication, refill, or prescription is guaranteed.

6. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

Certain medications, including stimulants and other controlled substances, are subject to strict federal and state laws.

AXXIUMS providers may require:

identity verification
medical records
urine drug screening
pharmacy checks
follow-up appointments
treatment agreements
in-person referrals where required

Providers may decline or discontinue controlled substance prescribing at any time when clinically or legally appropriate.

7. TELEHEALTH

By using telehealth services, you acknowledge that:

care may occur by video, phone, messaging, or digital tools
telehealth has limitations compared with in-person care
technical failures may interrupt care
not all conditions can be treated virtually
you may be referred for in-person evaluation

Separate Telehealth Consent terms may also apply.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

You agree to pay all charges associated with Services, including but not limited to:

consultations
evaluations
follow-up visits
forms or letters (if applicable)
laboratory coordination fees (if applicable)
medication-related fees not covered elsewhere

Insurance coverage is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party vendors.

9. REFUNDS

Fees for completed clinical time, provider reviews, administrative work, or rendered services are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, logos, trademarks, graphics, copy, designs, branding, and programs are owned by AXXIUMS INC or used with permission.

This includes but is not limited to:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without written permission.

11. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

impersonate another person
submit false medical information
misuse prescriptions
harass staff or providers
interfere with website security
scrape or copy site content
violate laws or regulations
seek services fraudulently

We may suspend access for misuse.

13. DISCLAIMERS

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and continuity, AXXIUMS does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free technology, or specific health outcomes.

Health results vary by individual.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXXIUMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AXXIUMS, its affiliates, staff, contractors, and providers from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where federal or state healthcare law requires otherwise.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon posting with updated date.

Continued use of Services means acceptance of revised Terms.
